Is to connect our members to sustainable jobs, where they can positively impact the world. We see our strategic partners offering mutually beneficial ongoing training, networking and certification to enhance the skillset and expertise of our members.

 

Our Values: The Hub & SPOKE

We're all connected, and wanted to find a word that encompassed everything we offer. The SPOKE acronym aligns with our belief; that companies should serve people and planet first, while making a sustainable profit and hopefully helping others along the way. 

The Hub & Spoke work together. We get empowered through the networking hub, and the spoke is our opportunity to take our work and values to reach back out into the world. 

 

The SPOKE stands for:

Sustainability: We use the UN World Commission on Environment and Development as our definition: “Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”

People: We are here to make the world better. We believe in giving more than taking and seek to connect humans to work that pays well and does not negatively impact their communities.

Opportunities: We have the chance to connect people to jobs around the world. We partner with organizations who offer cutting edge education, jobs and networking for our members.

Knowledge: Education is vital for everyone to learn about sustainability and our responsibility on this earth.

Earth: We respect our earth and strive to life lifestyles and find work that is responsible, ethical, and sustainable for our communities and our planet.
